With the growing trend towards nutritional health in new Chinese tea beverages, Chen Zubo and his R&D team pioneered Ice Blanc Non-Hydrogenated Base Dairy, announcing the tea beverage industry’s official entry into an era of zero hydrogenated oils, zero non-dairy creamer, and zero trans fatty acids.
Ice Blanc products use milk sources from the Alps, and the brand derives its name from Mont Blanc, the mountain range’s perpetually snow-capped highest peak.
